Privacy Policy — DinoBudget AI

DinoBudget AI ("the App") is a collaborative family finance application developed under the dkapps brand by LaunchGrid. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.

Information We Collect

• Firebase UID: Unique user identifier used for authentication.
• Family Information: Family ID, Family Name and Family Code.
• Budget Information: Monthly budget, selected currency, expense and income records entered by users.
• Family Members: Member UID list used for shared budgeting.
• Created Date: Date the family was created.

DinoBudget AI does not collect or access: bank account details, UPI IDs, debit/credit card information, GPS location, contacts, Aadhaar, PAN or payment credentials. All expenses and income are manually entered by users.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide core budgeting and expense-tracking functionality.
• To enable shared/collaborative budgets between family members you invite.
• To power the in-app AI Coach, which analyses your entered budget data to provide suggestions.
• To maintain and improve app stability and performance.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure) with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access to your account is protected by authentication credentials you set during sign-up.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties. Data is shared only:

• With other members of a shared budget group you explicitly join or create.
• With service providers (e.g. Firebase/Google Cloud) strictly to operate the app.
• If required by law.

Your Rights

Family Admins can permanently delete expenses, income records and budget entries directly within the app. To permanently delete your account and associated cloud data, submit a deletion request using the Delete Data page.

Children's Privacy

DinoBudget AI is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
