How to Request Deletion
Follow these steps to submit your data removal request
Find your Registered Email / UID
Family Admin can permanently delete expenses, income records and budget entries directly within the app.
Request Account Deletion
Email us at: launchgridsolutions@outlook.com using the template below. Requests without a Registered Email / UID cannot be processed.
Receive acknowledgement
We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours by email.
Deletion completed
All Firestore data is permanently deleted and a final confirmation email is sent within 7 business days.
