Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is removed from Firestore, your device registration, GPS metadata, and all associated records cannot be recovered. Please read all sections carefully before submitting a request.

How to Request Deletion
Follow these steps to submit your data removal request
Find your Device ID
Open DCap Geo → go to Settings or Device Info → copy the Device ID shown on screen. This is required to locate your Firestore record.
Send a deletion email
Email us at: dinesh4756@gmail.com using the template below. Requests without a Device ID cannot be processed.
Receive acknowledgement
We will confirm receipt of your request within 24 hours by email.
Deletion completed
All Firestore data is permanently deleted and a final confirmation email is sent within 7 business days.
