DCampus AI Portal is an institutional attendance, leave, On-Duty (OD), and academic engagement platform developed by LaunchGrid Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, stored, protected, and the choices available to users.

4. CampusLogic AI™
The app uses CampusLogic AI™ to generate attendance insights, compliance warnings, engagement analysis and reporting. AI recommendations assist authorised institutional users and do not make final academic decisions automatically.
5. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely using Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted during transmission and protected through authenticated, role-based access.
6. Data Sharing
- Authorised administrators, HoDs and faculty within your institution.
- Google Firebase services solely to operate the application.
- Authorities where required by applicable law.
We never sell personal information.
7. Data Retention
Attendance, leave and institutional records are retained according to the institution's academic and administrative policies. Account data may be removed after authorised deletion or when institutional access is revoked.
8. Your Rights
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account, subject to institutional policy.
- Request access to personal information maintained by the application.
9. Children's Privacy
The application is intended for educational institutions and is not designed for children under 13 acting independently.
