DBill App ("the App") is a commercial billing application for small shops and businesses, developed under the dkapps brand by LaunchGrid. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: business name, owner name, email address, and phone number when you sign up or log in.
- Customer records: names, phone numbers, and billing details of your customers that you manually enter to generate invoices.
- Billing data: invoices, sales records, item/product entries, and transaction history that you create within the app.
- Subscription information: billing handled via Google Play Billing for the app's annual subscription. We do not directly receive or store your card/payment details — this is handled entirely by Google Play.
- Device information: basic device data (model, OS version) for app performance and crash reporting.
No bank or UPI linking: DBill does not connect to your business bank account or UPI. All billing and sales figures are manually entered by you within the app.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate invoices and maintain your customer and sales records.
- To provide sales tracking and reporting features within the app.
- To manage your subscription status via Google Play Billing.
- To maintain and improve app stability and performance.
Data Storage & Security
Your business and customer data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Access is protected by the authentication credentials you set during sign-up.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your business or customer data to third parties. Data is shared only:
- With Google Play Billing, strictly for processing your subscription payment.
- With service providers strictly necessary to operate the app's backend.
- If required by law.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your business account, customer records, and billing history at any time by contacting us below.
Children's Privacy
DBill is a business tool intended for shop owners and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
